How much for cam install?
 

Hello everyone. Seriously considering getting the woods 22x cam for my 18 SGS. I was going to go with fuel moto as they have a complete kit (gaskets, o-rings, lifters, rods, etc). And being that I bought my power vision tuner from them, I can easily get a tune.

I am currently running the screaming eagle extreme flow air cleaner and tab performance zombie slip ons.

As I'm not too mechanically inclined, I was curious as to how much I can expect to pay in labor (either from HD or an indy shop.

Around L A area the HD Dealerships are in the $ 850-900 range for labor alone.

If you have a tuner from FM get the MAP from them before having anyone do the job that way either they can flash it or when you pick it up you can do it right there at the shop and then do some additional runs to let it self tune from the base MAP that FM sends you. That way the dealer wont also try to sell you an SE Tuner or factory MAP.
