Default 113" Twin Cam Power Package for Harley Twin Cam A Engines by Ultima questions

My motor is passing oil at high RPM though the air breather. How do I fix this on new rebuilt motor?

Run external breather lines from the breather stand offs
Drill out the stock rocker plate drain holes to 1/8”
Lower your oil to half down the dipstick

If you blocked off breather venting to the AC then the oil is coming from the intake manifold. Take off tbody and check for oil there, you might have leaky valves

Is it possible the gaskets for the rocker boxes got put on wrong and are blocking the passages for the breathers? It's a very easy thing to put them on wrong.

If you get the rocker box lowers in wrong you'll blow oil out between the rocker base and the head. If you used the stamped steel breathers you might have assembled them wrong. Check cylinder leakdown. If over 10% you might have ring seal issues.. If you mucked with the pump there might be an issue there.
