Does anybody have a list of where to buy specialty tools?
Like Kent Moore, Jims, etc?

Try Drag Specialties. I've had some good luck with them before.

A lot of specialty tools can be found on ebay. A lot of Jim's tools are listed there. Which tools are you looking for?

Georges Garage is a real good place for them, I have gotten alot of their tools, great quality
