No real sputtering it just dies after riding about 10 to 15 miles. Try and restart sounds like its going to catch but doesn't. If the bike sits for about an hour or so it can be restarted and then will run for about 10 miles or so and dies.
Worked through all the electrical connections and ruled those out. Did new battery, spark plugs and wires. No other part / aftermarket add on's that may have started this issue
I am thinking it is fuel related. Where should I start ?

It could be the crank sensor for sure. Could also be a fuel flow problem. Petcock is vacuum operated, a leaky vacuum hose, bad vacuum valve, plugged tank vent.
