Default Heads

I have a 2000 Fatboy I read that I can put 2006 Heads on mine so would this be true?

The will bolt right on but you'll have to change the intake manifold rings to the 06 up version.

Yes,they will fit.as said you just need the late flanges.they are a very nice upgrade but will still benefit with even mild porting

Thanks so i need to get 2006 and up manifold flanges then?

Yes. That's all, other than the usual gaskets, and the heads will fit. The manifold rubbers are the same.

With that enlarged exhaust port, you should notice it running a bit cooler also.
