stall on deceleration

Hi guys. I have an 06 low rider. I was riding on a hot day and my bike would stall every time I stopped. It started up fairly easily and idled. If I give it a little gas it will stay running. Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums! If it's an EFI, try cleaning your throttle position sensor.

The spark plugs would be the first place to look assuming the dimwitted of no or low gas is solved which has been. The spark plugs usually tell. Dirty air filter? Crummy gas or junk in the tank blocking flow? Has it been a while since engine tune-up? Check for leaks where your Fuel injection?/ carburetor? mounts up at. Pretty sure that's Fuel injection & those standard equipment set-ups are out of my league. Sorry if not helpful. But plugs & filters, or ignition components. Plugs & filters fuel/ air first then the other stuff.
