Still about a year out but looking for a good bike trip when I return from deployment. Still working the route but looking at traveling through france, ferry to UK, visiting family in Poole UK, and over to Ireland. Will probably have a friend or my wife drive the car behind.

Please let me know if your interested in meeting up or have any suggestions to route or places to stay. Would like to find some camp grounds and B&B's to stay at.

Sounds like a good route. Like to find some places to camp out or B&B places to stay in. Now the wife tells me she doesn't want to drive all that way, but I'm hoping she will ride along with me. Still have a year to plan yet and if anything I'd like to get a group of friends to go and leave the wives lol.

Awesome, I had sent you, Joey, and Joe a msg on FB but didn't hear back yet. Wolves only trip sounds good to me, I talked to Kristi about it and she doesn't want to ride or drive that far anyways lol.

I've heard France is strict about their sound laws (will impound your bike) so I'm a little worried about having problems with my pipes in France, but didn't buy a Harley to listen to stock pipes.

Anyone who has input to what route to take, places to stop/sleep, ect, pm me. My chief went a few years ago and said he rode up through the NL and accross north England.

Either way enroute or on the way back I'll be visiting family in England who live near Poole which is one of the ferry ports along the way if we went through France.
