Early V&H FuelPak for M&M instructions

I have an early model V&H FuelPak for use on a 1998 Road King with the M&M FI but don't have any instructions for it. V&H doesn't have the instructions either.

Do any of you guys have the instructions that I could get a copy of or do you remember how to connect? See picture of the FuelPak. It has the square connector and 1 extra green wire with round connector (maybe ground?)

Looks like a dobreck style tuner, look up that and see if some of the instructions seem to be right for yours. I'm guessing that they were all the same just branded different.

Not exactly like those but gave me an idea what to look for...

I'm guessing there is another brand out there like this
