Damn Prot... and I thought I went overboard with stuff...

You can also put a Rivera 10/84 starter ring gear on your clutch hub.
Doing that will take some stress off your starter and spin your motor faster during startup.

Next thing to do was to attach the ground. After that, I secured the battery strap. I was disappointed that my battery did not come with foam fill in pieces.
The battery was too short and small to use my batter strap so Put my Badlands turn signal module on top of the battery to act like a spacer. The badlands module was added when I installed LED turn signals.

I put the seat etc. back on. It starts very easily now and the starter does not seem sluggish turning the engine over.

That wraps it up. Questions? Comments?

I have been contemplating inventing and marketing an accessory that might draw a lot of current. I think a large capacity battery could help with the feasibility of that.

Oh, my health is much improved, hence me being able to to do this upgrade myself. A few months ago, this simple task would not have been possible.

I think everyone could see a benefit from the cable upgrades alone, even using a stock battery.

Stock batterywas 320 cranking amps btw.

The people at O'Reilly's want to give me five dollar store credits or something for old batteries. I have a few laying around in the way, so I might just do that.

Something less sinister than that. Weight is going to be a factor, and it go s without saying, the placement of that weight.
