Tranny drain plug leak
What's the best way to stop the dripping from the drain plug. It is in all the way. When the oil was changed the hole was clean with a cotton swap as well before the plug was put back in.
Bike is a friend's 92 FXR.

I use a little bit of liquid Teflon pipe thread sealant on all 3 plugs. They don't haft to be that tight then.

If it's an Evo, the tranny and primary are 1/8-27 NPT pipe plugs. Use Teflon pipe sealant or Teflon tape or Hylomar on the threads, and don't overtighten them.

Mine leaked. Bought a new drain plug, and put some Teflon goop on it. Torqued to spec. Good to go now, no leaks.
