Default Is RevTech still in business ?

I have a set of Revtech lifters and cant find the specs for adjusting them. Seems like they are out of business?

You don't adjust lifters.

So, to just the pushrods, you go by their specs?

Yes.
Depending on what brand of pushrods you follow the specs for that brand.

But yeah, you don't adjust lifters. For pushrods, just count the threads per inch and you can figure out the correct number of flats to preload the lifters.

If those lifters have some miles on them, you might want to replace them. My revtech 100" had the front exhaust lifter needle bearings go away at less than 20k miles. Ruined cam, needed oil pump and oil system flushed, etc. I did run it pretty hard though with limiter set at 6200. Your mileage may vary, of course.

Bill, I am going to take your advise and absolutely replace them. Which ones did you replace them with?

S&S. also you can get lifters for a small block chevy. Do a search here for lifters. Competition cams has a good deal. I used those on my twin cam. Don't go too cheap, as you can see, repairs are expensive.

SBC lifters won't work in an Evo, I don't think.
