I highly doubt it is gas boiling in the carb bowl.

Have you changed the coil?
Have you checked for intake leaks (when the motor is hot)?

Yes coil!he tested coil both field s and tested OK!but until he replaced it ,bike would start intermittent. He did also replace pickup.eBay coil $48/pickup $50 it did look a little melted.
