After getting some millage on her, Ive noticed the timing feels retarded so a little adjustment is in order. Getting used to the rattle of the card, read up that rhe pistion vacuum and open drags contribute to the noise. Im going to add the washers on studs in the pipes to tune them before the timing to see how it reacts. Otherwise runs great!

Also ordered a shotgun shock! Go figure, I have both bikes listed for sale! Found another Bad Bay, less miles and in yellow...

 

Bike looks good........ I hope you turned the idle up a little... It's not a shovel...... Evo's like 900-1000 RPM.

 

I have adjusted everything, the lollipops helped a ton. I had to do it in my 00 FXST. So now Ill ride it a while and see how things are.

Waiting on my shock, found a complete late model rear swingarm in preparation for an 18" 150 so things are coming together.

The rear rocker box is leaking, so I guess Ive learned my lesson!
