I'm willing to agree with you in the large scale but I think the plugs wires are original and it can't hurt to change them.

Do you know why the inductive sensor wouldn't pick up the signal from a plug wire?

LOL There was a time when almost every ride resulted in missing pieces.

Yeah, back in "shovelhead daze." I eventually found that each 10MPH over 55MPH that I cruised at would result in an additional hour of wrenching that night at the motel room. Then I bought an Evo.

THC, if the pickup isn't triggering on that wire, it is because that side is not firing. If the wire was bad, it would shock the crap out of you when you tried to touch it. That's the "sure" way to find a bad wire. Try swapping the wires and see if the problem moves. What ignition is this now? HD coil and aftermarket in waste spark? If you pull the wire and put a screwdriver in the end and hold that close to the head, do you get spark when cranking?

Just to put it here for general consumption what I talked to you on the phone about.

The bike seems to run fine so it is getting spark.
Cam sensor is HD, ignition module is Dynatek, and coil is Drag.

Did you check the voltage going into the coil? I think I read you checked for a short but I'd jiggle all those wires to see if I can get it to short out in the driveway

Magnecor is the brand of wires I use. Thought of it just after I hung up.

http://www.magnecor.com/

They sell direct or you can get them from retailers, ebay, amazon, etc.

Update:
I finally got the bike off the jack and gave her a quick run down the road.
Everything seems fine.
I don't know what it was as I changed so much stuff since I had it up on the jack I'm not sure what the problem was.

Anyhow thanks all for helping!!!
