THC, if the pickup isn't triggering on that wire, it is because that side is not firing. If the wire was bad, it would shock the crap out of you when you tried to touch it. That's the "sure" way to find a bad wire. Try swapping the wires and see if the problem moves. What ignition is this now? HD coil and aftermarket in waste spark? If you pull the wire and put a screwdriver in the end and hold that close to the head, do you get spark when cranking?

The bike seems to run fine so it is getting spark.
Cam sensor is HD, ignition module is Dynatek, and coil is Drag.
