That one says 6-13mm.
Do they make a different one for standard size bolts or does it matter?

It really doesn't matter. It works similar to a chuck in a drill press, the 3 parts on the inside have teeth on them. It slides over the stud, as you turn the nut on the back of the tool counter clock wise, it tightens onto the stud. A 3/8 ratchet fits into the nut on the back, the harder you turn to loosen the stud the tighter it grips the stud.

I ended up taking both studs out as the kit from colony has 2 new ones. I heated the first stud with a propane torch for about 30 seconds and it came right out. I removed the second stud with out any additional heat. I think it listed in millimeters because that seller is in the UK.

There is no substitute for the proper tool for the job.

Left handed drill bit works on flush twisted off bolts and ones stricken out.

Yes it does.... Used it many times throughout my career....
