Default Jetting

So 2 rides into the season and since adding the ness big sucker late last season I never rejetted from the factory box and k&n but didn't think I'd need to. Full throttle pulls hard but feels flat to me at 4500+ I guess it's still pulling slightly but nothing like 3500-4500, . Here's my plugs. Front is the lighter one. I feel like I'm lean overall now. I thought I would be running rich with a 46/185 but seems to be he opposite. I've already confirmed no intake leaks.

Screamin eagle slip ons, 3010 cam, ness big sucker 46 pilot 185 main. CVP needle with one shim .050 I believe , not the n65 needle they sell. Mixture is at 2.75 turns out .

Edit... here's the photo

I was running 46/185 with a stock cam, Ness Big Sucker and Rush 6020ST exhaust.

Now running 46/195 with EV27 cam, KB 9.5:1 pistons, Ness Big Sucker and Rush 6020ST exhaust.

Have you tried backing the mixture screw out a little?

Backing the mixture screw out will, of course, lean the mixture. At least on a Kiehin CV.
I just installed an Andrews EV13 in my 1984 Evo powered FLHTC. Current jetting is a 165 main, 48 pilot, mixture screw 2 turns out. Plugs are indicating a rich mixture. Elevation here is 5,000', although I am not sure that is critical to proper jetting.
I have a 175 main and 45 pilot on order. Will advise outcome when installed. Main reason for desired change is the motor just doesn't feel right from (normal) launch to 2500 RPM. It doesn't sputter, bog or sneeze..... it almost feels labored. Plugs are fouled- picture is 100 miles on a new set. 1st is front 2nd is rear plug.

I think you misspoke there.

Turning the screw out (CCW) richens. Turning it in (CW) leans.

Yes^^^^.CCW open it up and richer. 1/8 of a turn makes a big diff.

Okay something isn't right not sure what. I took it for a 50 mile ride nice and hot. Parked at idle. Closed the mixture screw idled fine. Never changed. Opened it 4 turns. No change. It runs exactly the same idle no matter if it's closed or open 4 turns. And it's definitely flat 4500 +. What the hell?
