This is my same bike several years ago likely in the early 90s when the second owner had it. I own a biker themed bar in Sandy, Oregon. We were both patrons before I bought his old bike, or the biker bar for that matter. My walls are covered in customer bikes in parked in front of the bar. So it was a bonus to also get this early pic.

 

Had to register after seeing this thread. My first HD and it is #689/750. Original blue frame beauty. My tins have been repainted apparently along it's life as they are now a deep blue and ghost blue flame yet I was informed was original, guess not. I am just beginning the process of Restomod. Stripping entire bike, every nut & bolt, having frame and fork re-powdercoated original blue, new hardware, bearings, seals, lines, hoses, etc., While I learn how-to strip Primary inner and outer, separate trans and tear down engine for refresh and slight hop-up. Need my light weight to be reliable as well as nimble. Current primary ride is a 2013 Victory Cross Country with over 90k miles.
