You didn't ask what was wrong with your bike. You asked if your numbers looked good. Besides that you didn't do a leak down test, your compression numbers look real good and a leak down test on that motor would be mostly wasted time, besides as a learning experience.
Now, what do the spark plugs look like? Have you checked for vacuum leaks with some carb cleaner? What carb is this? How are you determining the rear cylinder isn't firing? If you swap the leads at the spark plugs, does the miss move?

Yes, no intake leaks with carb cleaner.
Its S&S carb and I dropped the bowl and pulled the jets, all is well.
It's missing pretty badly and the rear cyl exhaust makes a fluff sound at idle.
No I have not flipped the plug wires yet.
A new coil is on the way in the mail. Thanks
