Default Primary oil transferring to oil tank

My 1989 FLSH oil tank get fill by the primary oil , I did change oil seal, put heat resistance RTV on shaft and gear and lately replace my alternator ( from Axell to Compufire ) and the situation did get worst? Any idea where to look? Engine crankcase should be pressurized.

Thank

Crankcase is not pressurized, the breather valve prevents that...it is under quite a bit of vacuum ...if the screws are missing from the stator champ it will suck oil over.

OK, so I'm in the process of changing out my crankcase oil seal and the spacer that it sits on. You state that the oil from the primary is going into your engine, then getting scavenged into the oil tank. So, how much oil? 1/2 quart, 1 quart?

How much fluid did you put in your primary? How much fluid did you put in your engine? How many miles did it take for this to happen?

Did you replace the crankcase oil seal correctly? Did the spacer have groove marks on it where the seal lips sit?

OK, so you put some RTV on the crank splines. What "gear" are you talking about?

Did you loctite your two small screws that was mentioned above?

You have an 89 case, check for a loose case insert?

You got to start eliminating some of these things, or you won't get to the bottom of it. Good luck.
