I have some K products, and the vast majority had to have the threads chased. I spent a lot of money last year on one of their proprietary items that had a major fitment problem and they would not even attempt to help. F 'em.
I hope Soos gets back to you soon.

Not that it matters, as the frame is the same (basically) on all the touring models.
As other's have posted, you can get floorboard extenders. A number of companies make them. They are a relatively easy install. I had to space out the boards on my 93 FLHS when I put on the Thunderheader exhaust this spring. A ball head allen wrench, allen socket, u-joint, extension, and rachet is going to help.

I wouldn't go out more then 1" or you will really start seeing the effects on lean clearence.
I would also be concerned with the effects of the load on the boards and stress put on the bolt. The further out you go the more flex and stress on those threads.
At 1" out you will more then likely scrape the board mount before the board. At more then 1" i would be afraid of teetering on a mount and lifting the wheel off and heading down.
But if you really want to try it i would say order two 3/4" or 1" kits and just buy longer bolts at the hardware store.
I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Just to let you know, the last year for the FLHS - ElectraGlide Sport, was 1993. The MoCo replaced it with the FLHR - RoadKing in 1994.
