Not on mine, anymore, courtesy of a 3/4" hole saw and a die grinder. I'll weld a tube into the the hole when I tear it down for paint. Not structurally necessary but it will look tidier with the seat off.

Andrews Ev13, Andrews EZ adjustable pushrods, Johnson Hilyft lifters, torrington bearing, New oem breather.
Next I have to clean/rebuild the carb. Just ordered 27094-88 needle, and plan to change jets probably to 45 slow, and probably 170-180 main. Some say to leave the main alone?

How do you like the ev13?

 

I know that I like it, just have to adjust/rebuild carb now to really love it. I didn't realize how sensitive carb can be due to cam changes. Anyway, I don't think that this carb has ever been rebuilt and it's a 98.
