I was scrunched up on my Sportster until I put a forward control kit in it. I am 5’9”. At the time I was around 160pounds. It appears he has forward controls on it.

Learned something new about the Sporty today. Turns out it has like zero reserve built into the petcock.

Pulled out of work. It immediately starts coughing. Turned on the reserve, and it just died. Got lucky, and between the speed I had built up and some downhill grades, I coasted the better part of a mile to the Gas Station. Only had to push the last hundred yards. Dropped 2.38 gallons in the tank.

Alas. That's all going away soon enough anyway.

Cool. The factory 1200's are probably a better setup. Is it pretty quick? I've offered to put a 1200 kit in Dr.Linda's but she's happy with it the way it is, especially with the EFI on it now.
