Default Still can't find Neutral

Installed new Hayden auto adjuster for primary, adjusted the clutch, and cable, and used Redline primary fluid. She just won't pop into neutral while running. Hmm.

your screw to ramp ratio is off

your too deep into the ratio ( cable to ball and ramp ) - the screw is behind the start point

read the book and start over with the adjustment

After having a few twin cams and a VRSC I have to say my EVO is the easiest bike to find neutral in.

I unlocked the retainer nut, backed it off, then slowly moved in until I felt it hit. Then I backed off slightly over a half turn.

That's enough for the tranny but not enough for the primary.

IIRC the M6 calls for 1/2" free play in the chain.
Is that what you have?

yes it has a 1/2" of play at the top. More fluid? Should I just dump the whole quart in?
