Default My "new" EVO

hey all. just wanted to say hi. just got rid of my 80 FLH for an 86 FLHTC. currently in the process of making it mine and eliminating issues. if this group is as good as the Shovel group, I know I will be in good hands. looking forward to good advise.

Welcome Elmo.... You'll get everything you need... There's a lot of good guys here. Where upstate are you..? I lived in Poolville for many years...

I sold my shovel for an evo an yes both groups are great at helping

Im from the Finger Lakes Region. about half way between Rochester and Syracuse along the Thruway.

Excellent choice btw.
I don't know how your '80 FLH was set up, but given my personal experience with my '85 FXR allow me to respectfully recommend you acquire a spare clutch release finger, right side push rod end, and throw-out bearing kit.
