Stock with air cleaner upgrade and pipes I was running 46/185.

Yea I’m not digging the Mikuni anymore. Yesterday it purred and started right up. Today I went out and idled erratically has to adjust idle. Blah blah. I wouldn’t think that’s normal to have to touch carb on a day to day basis.

Maybe if it was new it would be different. But tired of it.

The 2 seals/gaskets between the heads and the intake. They have to be replaced every once in awhile.

yes. I have a brand new manifold and brand new gaskets installed. Checked for leaks there. No leaks.

The Mikuni 42 I have has been on a built EVO 80 incher for 20 years. Replaced the accelerator pump lever and piston in that time and that's all. Once tuned never had to mess with it again.
