Are you ABSOLUTELY sure that is a crack?

 

This aftermarket crap is not welded on the other side like my other tanks are that's why they cracked.

 

Maybe they are not cracked, you are just seeing the seam where they did not weld?

 

Can you catch a fingernail in it? Hard to tell just from a pic.

 

If I can't tell the difference between a cracked peice of steel and a scratch in the paint then I have no business working on the bike...lol.
​​​​​​​Both tanks are cracked also,so will be tig welding all four with a plate. Absolutely broke !!! I can easily bend by hand and break it off I want to. Picture with finger the crack goes from left to right,it's complete through on left.

 

​​​​​​​That whole front mount is one piece for top and bottom,NO seem ,was never welded from the front side like it should have been.
