Don't have flow numbers, but the cam is a Woods W6H and the pistons are Wiseco K1667's.

Edit: Called Scott. He said flow is at least 250CFM at 28".

Here's a question: How do you go about reinstalling the cylinder rods that backed out on disassembly?

The FSM says to measure and mark and then screw them into the case, shoulder side up. I've seen and heard lots of guys say to just flip them over and run them down until the shoulder hits the case.

I'm more curious than anything. Doing it the FSM way seems easy enough. What confuses me is why HD put that shoulder on them in the first place. Maybe that had something to do with their assembly process?

Little bit of forward progress tonight. The caps on my cylinder bolts looked like hell, assuming hell looks like a rusty, corroded mess. Went after them with a brass brush wheel on my grinder. Came out amazingly good. Nice.

I don't think you can just flip them.. you might have to get the newer style studs to do that because the lower threads are a rolled thread that is designed for a interference fit.... Call Scott to make sure..

Advice is cheap -dont use studs that are old.
The stretch is gone.

Once studs lose their elasticity it is just a steady clamp force and will fail or just break.
Not worth screwing with them.

Decided to do just that.

He said to flip them, then screw them down all the way to the shoulder with a drop of red locktite. But I think I'll still do it the FSM way. Doesn't seem any harder really. Just have to mark them and keep an eye on how deep they go into the case.
