Default Exhaust for Big Motor FXR

looking for some advice or experience anyone might have here. I have a newer Ultima 131 with 640 cam in a 89 fxr with a thunderheader. Ive ran TH forever and really do love the way they sound but with this size motor Im reading I need to run either stepped or 2" straight primaries which TH does not offer. So I could see if Sanderson Headers in SF would work on my TH and change out the primaries for larger diameter, but to what cost after recoating etc. Or look at a different pipe. One that has my interest is the RB racing LSR pro stock with no baffles or their baffled version the regular LSR.

Anyone read or experienced anything similar that could share something? Its a daily ridden street bike first so I cant have something that is pure drag strip. I know their are other pipes like the Bassani, Fab 28 or Sawiki but they all seem to share a sort of whistle raspy sound especially at idle that I cannot stand, plus I'm not a fan of stainless so most of these newer builds only offer in stainless and you pay the premium for it

Dragula is made for big cubes, have a 130" 640 lift, cleaned up heads running a 3" baffle. Sound is deep, doesn't have the Nascar raspiness if that is a word, doesn't set off car alarms tho and built well, the picture attached is the Dragula and Drago's has the Dragula 2 out now but don't know it's upgrades because have been happy with this one.

Dragula comes in a 2 1/2" baffle, the 3" is intended for 140 hp but believe the 2 1/2" may keep a little more back pressure plus not as much reversion and possibly slight better street wise but have no problems with the 3" in any conditions. The baffle will need wrapped after 2 years but found out Drago's is using header wrap on the baffle instead of a fiberglass mat, the header wrap will never burn out.

Vance and Hines has the competition pipe made for big cubes, large diameter short length baffle letting the cat out of the bag when the engine fires and only comes in black, Drago's can do the Dragula is black but need to speak to him direct on time wise.

Supposed to be 60's here in Ohio tomorrow, I'll see if I get a sound clip and attach it, may need some help from members to get a video on here because entering stupid on some of this stuff.

Only see the Dragula 2 for a light bike application but it looks nasty

D&D borzilla for Dyna's 95-2006 is 1 7/8 stepped to 2". Don't see why it wouldn't fit an 89 if it fits 95.... I know Scott has used them on some of his big inch builds and the have performed very well..

Danmoto has a stepped exhaust called the Highwayman.
Maybe that will work for you. They go for somewhere between 2 and 3 hundred dollars.
I don't know if they make 'em for FXR's but they do have them for Sportsters and Dynas.
I installed one on a friends 2005 Sportster, easy install, nice sound.
Can't speak to the performance enhancement from the exhaust, I put a 1200 kit on the bike at the same time.
