It sounds like something is still hooked up incorrectly, since you have the ignition switch disconnected and the 15-amp circuit breakers are still getting power to them somehow.

You'll have to do as Ripsaw suggested---get a wiring diagram, start at the + terminal of the battery, and verify the wires go to where they should go, and there are no extra wires installed that shouldn't be there.

Ok, follow the trail Is there pwr after the breaker?
Keep going.
I think there are two wires to the Post side of that battery, If so are both hooked up?
