From factory service manual...page 2 of 2
Realize this is kinda band aid approach for you, but hopefully you make print out amd make do intil you get a factory manual. I would sugget that if you intend to keep the bike, in the long run you cannot beat the factory manual. Also if you purchase one, take the wiring diagram down to a print shop and have them blow the pages up to poster size. You think they look bad here, they look equally bad in the manual. Once you have them blow up use colored pencils to trace over the wiring using the color codes refrenced. Mkae thinga $hitload easier when trying to run down wiring issues. Done it for most of my bikes; did it for a buddy's 89 EGC that he was having wiring issues as well. Makes a big difference rather than trying to read fineprint in a book.
...and just realized that I also have the Wiring Diagrams and electrical Troubleshooting Guide for 1991/1992 All models (# 99948-92). It has larger pics of the service manual diagrams and much easier to read. If the above doesn't work, let me know and maybe we can figure a better way to get pics for you of the larger ones.
Best of luck. You won't be sorry with that bike once you get the glitches out.

Guys the manual Wiring Diagrams and electrical Troubleshooting Guide for 1991/1992 All models (# 99948-92). that Panz mentioned is the one that is available @ the HD Service Info Portal. I posted the link in post #18 but here it is again https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....3D1991+wiring. Sometimes things don't always show up by entering a VIN. I like the online diagrams because you can blow them up so that my old eyes can read them. The Owners manual & Parts manuals also can be helpful.
Panz those were some nice copies you posted … blown up enough so that even I could read them.
