I have a 95 super glide wondering if a 99 super glide 2 into 1 will fit on it

I think you should be OK. I have a 2007 FLHT exhaust system on my '86.
And I have a 2008 Supermegs 2-into-1 on my 1990 Glide.
You may find that you have to adapt the trans casing mount, but my install was very straight-forward.
