Just got my BrakeTech rotors and Trac Dynamics swingarm yesterday!

I've heard a lot of crap about Trac Dynamics, but they completed my order in record time, and the final product looks amazing..really happy with them. Just waiting on the fairing kit from BMC, then I need to make some more money! Still waiting on the front end too from Motorcycle Metal. Howard is a good guy, very thorough, and he's helping me make the right and cost effective decisions..

Just got these on eBay..What a pain in the *** it was to find 39mm dual disk fork tube lowers, that weren't part of some shady exchange. I'm gonna have them and the PM fork brace powder coated black, then I have to buy the PM caliper and rotor (hopefully they still make the same style..I think it's "Wraith") get a new master cylinder, and RaceTech springs for the inside..Unless you fine gentleman have a better recommendation.

This is going on the 99 BTW..but figured I'd talk about it here.

As for the 94..here's an update...

Parts so far:
BMC FXRT Fairing and lowers
Stretched 4 gal tank
Brembo calipers and Brake Tech rotors front and rear
Ohlins Inverted forks
Trac Dynamics Swingarm
Dakota Digital guages
Kraus caliper mount (rear)

Coming up:
Baker 6 spd polished to the max
113 S&S w/ 637 racing cams polished
Baker 9 plate street performance clutch
Grinded and powder coated frame
Rear Fender
Carbon Fiber Front Fender
Polished and chromed primary inner and outer
13 spoke 1" axle wheels (TBD..dude is supposed to let me know soon)
Carbon Fiber Front Fender
MX-Tbars
Switches and levers...TBD..
Hand guards
Chin Spoler..
JW Speaker headlight

I've decided to keep the power plant ridiculously chromed, and everything else blacked out. I'll be ripping off the Mako Shark 2019 CVO paint scheme....

I probably forgot a few things...but that's where I'm at! I'll get some pictures of all the parts I have laid out...Really excited to get this thing going. I've never done a frame up build. I'm very fortunate to have some excellent people helping put everything together and build it. This will truly be my dream bike when it's done.

Just a little update..Waiting on my front end from Howard..but in the meantime, I got those fork sliders chromed for my 1999 FXR3. I ordered my braking components from PM, and I ordered a set of fork springs and Ohlins 14" rear shocks from Howard. My 1999 will be finally dialed in! Here's the chrome job ***** Shiny did. I'm really pleased with their work, it was a fast turnaround.

Thanks!

Yeah, I was very impressed. I was just going to powder coat them black originally, but this bike is chromed to the max, so I figured I'd keep that going. All of my bikes are different. The ultra is a mix of black and chrome, the 94 will be blacked out, and I'll keep the 99 a chrome *****. I can't wait to get this bike back on the road. I always seem to have issues with it though.. I should probably quit riding it like an *******. I'd like to take it out to Cali, but I just don't think I could trust it

***** Shiny. They're out in California. Quick turnaround, and really easy to deal with. They did a really good job. I'm happy. Cost $220 with shipping
