I had the SuperTrapp slipons on my 93 FLHS. If you want more noise, you have to add more discs. When the stock head pipes finally cracked beyond repair, I changed over to a Thunderheader. A bit louder than my 'trapps with 18 discs, but not obnoxious.

You don't want to do that. It will sound & run like ****. Street motors need baffles to make low end & mid range torque.

Don't run straight pipes, or no baffles. That only works if you are running flat out all the time. That's the reason they call those drag pipes.

Have you ever tried remove baffles before?

Remove the bolts that pass through the muffler shell securing the baffles. Soak the inside of the walls of the shell with trans fluid or PB Blaster over and over for a period of days. Cut a heavy disc drilled with the three holes in the same config as the discs then screw it on to the end of the baffle. Take a piece of pipe, slide it down the inlet to the disc you cut and start tapping, then lube, then tap then lube. It's going to take a while and its messy. Pounding hard may damage the baffle if you ever want to use them again. Make sure the outlet is braced against something solid but something that will give like plywood or a 2x4. Other surfaces will damage the outlet so the end caps won't slide in again. Repeat for the other side.

If\when the baffle comes out make sure to clean the inside of the muffler shell to remove the excess oil before reassembling. It will sound like crap.

Default Baffles or no baffles

Its been 2 weeks now with out havent noticed any difrence in poformance or lose of power. How bout just removing the wrap and putting everything back in? All my plates are internal.

so even if I remove the fish tails you can't see the 18 disc I have put on.
