So what have you done to the motor to have the need for that pipe?
No it's not the pro stock. Just their normal LSR 2-1. Motor has cam, carb, and ignition that I know of. I haven't opened it and previous owner couldn't tell me if any head work was done or not. One of the strongest running 80s I have ever ridden though.

So after riding the bike all week after getting everything adjusted it rode pretty good. I only found one problem. If the throttle is pinned all the way then it starts cutting out and not gaining speed. If I back off just a c*nt hair then it stops cutting out and starts gaining speed again. Is this a main jet being too rich issue or possibly throttle adjustment issue? This happens at 70+ mph.

Yes. So just one size down on main jet till it stops doing that?

If you have an S&S carb on an 80" EVO you need 295 intermediate and a 72 main.

With cam, ignition, and 2-1 or is that for stock motor?

I've run those jets on a stock motor then I added a cam and various different pipes then 9.5-1 pistons.
Ran flawlessly through all the changes.
