1985 FLH Sissy Bar and Luggage Rack

1985 Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLH.
I would like to attach a sissy bar and sturdy luggage rack so my passenger and Boston Terrier can both travel too, but I don't really see any options that suit my needs. I see sissy bars with no pad or a clue as to what luggage rack might attach. I don't know what to do.
