This thread should never have died.. I know it’s old but I like to keep a running tab of what others experience.

I purchased a un-assembled 127 twice, assembled both. One for a paying friend.. that one was about 2014 and after I assembled pretty much stock except a mild clean up port work and S&S lifters and bocks the bike made the advertised power 140 square with a bored G and 1 3/4 drags and cycle shack slip ons. The second I just did for myself. I assembled it 100% stock as the parts came except I cleaned up with a cartridge roll the flashing in the intake and around the valve stem. I’m running a bored out G with shaved throttle shaft and Bassani pro street pipes.. haven’t dyno’d yet. I have 2700 miles on it. I’m gonna tune at the track, then dyno for a base. Then I think when I get to 6000 miles I’ll port the heads and dyno again swapping between three pipe configurations.

So far zero problems.
