yer prolly right but.. This one was a bit off anyway!! and looks like the Guys that have one, are Here anyway!!
Yea Softail 5 speeds seem available..but, I'll see how bad this one is, as I'm accustomed to the old 4-speed much more-so than the 5-Speed..
Gotta check some of the Major Portions before I "pull the trigger"

 

Please keep the four banger or buy a different bike.

 

I'm a Believer in Stock Survivors, and... I actually Like the 4-Speeds...as I know and Understand them both Ratchet and Rotary [Cow Pie]
So... Not hard to Imagine if the Stock box still has the "long" mainshaft, I'll Be just fine!!

 

You could pick up a couple aftermarket catalogs, and build a complete FXWG without a single Harley part on it....except for the inner primary...but they never seem to be in short supply...always a couple on ebay...and their are company's that seem to hoard them.
