Had to deal with this when it finished yesterday, too.
Saw on another thread you went to the Black Hills this summer with your daughter. I did, too. A real treat to do something like this at my age, after she's had two kids. My bike is the 1200C in front where you can only see the tailbag. That's her oldest in the sig pics.

I actually enjoyed shoveling it. Well, not really, but what I enjoyed was watching my neighbor struggle with his under-powered snowblower across the street.
This snow was the super wet, gloppy kind. His poor machine was not up to the task. He was forced to stop repeatedly to clear it out. I ended up finishing before he did.
Small victories, you know.
Every year, I look at the machines they put out in front of Home Depot and Lowes. I'm always tempted. The thing that puts me off more than anything else is contemplating that thing sitting in the garage 365 days, taking up valuable motorcycle space, when I'd probably only use it a few times a year.
That's awesome stuff, right there! Great times.
