Do not confuse the sumping of a parked Evo with the sumping of running M8. The sumping of a running M8 is catastrophic.

Yes, I am still alive.

I'm going to have to read about this m8 problem. I've heard a lot about them but but understanding it. I'll stick with my EVO Heritage Softail.

You've done well to get through 300 pages! Some have fallen by the wayside in that time.....

Obviously with this many posts in one thread there are some members who will routinely pop in to catch up, although I suspect others will pass by. It's wise to start a fresh thread for a specific query like yours, to catch as many members as possible.

You still have time to catch up with the coffee and doughnuts, we're pretty laid back in here - until the doughnuts arrive.....

And with 2 sidecar rigs stored in it for the winter, I can fit my rusty old minivan in the garage. Just hope the snow melts off the roof before I want to use it...

When my bike sits for weeks and months my oil tank drains into the engine. What is this called, and even a better question is, is this ok? Will it hurt her? Or is this just normal for an Evo? All opinions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This is for @traildog

Have her find me an acre of land
Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Between the sea foam and over the sand
And then she'll be a true love of mine
