It resolved, but I honestly couldn't tell you why. I've changed several things on the bike since then and any one of them could have helped. It was not an incorrectly installed gasket, that much I do know. Sorry I don't have a better answer.

Could you just list the stuff you did? So I could at least use it as a check list.
same problem more or less.
I rebuilt the engine again
reed valve
checked the oil lines
I have s and s rocker boxes rather tpi
bike runs good just leaves oil everywhere...
my old engine exploded and sent aluminum everywhere.
while I replaced the block and everything, I think maybe there could have been
aluminum in the oil lines, there were small chunks in the filter. So possible
clogged passge? My old engine never leaked out of the breathers. My new one
is a fatvo type engine, which has always leaked even after new pistons and new rings.
any how..

Sorry, I'm always at work when these notifications come through and I forgot to go back to answer.
In addition to all the stuff I did trying to fix the problem, I've replaced the stock air cleaner housing with a model meant for a twin cam. I have rebuilt the top end (new valves, guides, seals, pistols, rings and .010 over bore) and I replaced the carb with a stock CV from a wide glide. All of that was while chasing a fuel problem.
That's all I can remember. I don't remember at what point the oil stopped pouring from the air cleaner, but it's not a problem now. I still have the breather connected to hoses that route into a catch bottle, but I get very little oil in it anymore. I'm sorry I don't have more for you. I know how annoying this problem can be.
