I know this isnt the place to put ad but not my bike, I rode by and saw it for sale. So anyone looking for early evo glide, in N. Fla area this is a sweet one!
I did all butride away on this myself guy didnt even know what it was, I informed him of a few things but nice nice bike. Anyway, glad to see one sitting proud on a lot for sale at not a bad price looking good as anything half its age.

 

I think that may be an '84.5 because the color scheme looks like that one-year-only one.

 

That color looks familiar. LOL

 

There was a shovelhead FLHT of about that color, and a shovelhead FLH Classic POS of about that color. I had the 79 shovelhead FLH Classic POS.

 

haha well, it is def early evo! Heck If mine wasnt decent Id sneak up there and get parts off it same tranny same moto etc I got to wondeering if mine not got wrong stuff on it. Script on tank is same as my early (10/85) bike but front of my tank has one off writing n it says a date of 5/86 in hand painted on painting

They put a tag on the neck of the frame that shows date of manufacture.

 

'True, I really didnt have time to check it, should have just thot it would be a nice bike to share, a real early evo. I was stuck looking at all the stuff that was same as mine and some things I had not seen before like the chrome on the starter end that basically fills the space between the oil tank and where the back pipe would come down. Funny My 86 which has 10/85 date on its tag, has exact same script on tank. I havent seen it on another before.
