got a buddy with a 1994 fxr low and we are trouble shooting the dreaded click.

we have two shop manuals hd and clymer but really need a full parts diagram for the starter solenoid relay stuff.

any online places?

 

Put in a new starter relay. That is what fixes my dreaded click.

I don't know an online source for a full parts diagram.

To be honest I have never bought from them, although I do refer to their website occasionally. They are the only website I know of with that parts info, so I probably recommend them more often than I use them myself!

When buying from US dealers always email first and ask them if they ship abroad. It is amazing how many of them don't ship outside mainland USA, let alone to Canada! Shipping costs can be eye-wateringly high, so it is always worth checking local suppliers as well.

I occasionally use Jersey H-D (Channel Islands) who give good prices, although postage can offset that relative to your local dealer.

Does anyone have an exploded schematic of a 1992 Fatboy Starter Motor with the Legend / Numerical Table of Contents?

Have fully rebuilt mine but when installed the Jackshaft is extended too far on to the starter ring
