Default Older paint codes?

I've been all over the internet and I just cannot find a paint code for the yellow/orange detailing on the 1990 FLSTF. Any resources?

Classic Cream for a 1988 is hard to come by also. I need some touchup paint and have tried various things with no luck. Next thing will be to mix my own. My paint shines like new so, I don't need a new paint job. Just a few small touches will do the trick. When I do get it pained it will be black/flat black and red pin stripes.

It's not Vivid Black?

Any good auto paint store can computer match your paint, and even put it in an aerosol can.

I assume your talking the pin stripe colors, what i have is a harley pianted parts book that has some info. I believe these to be harley touchup paint part numbers,
Orange. 98600HQ
Bright orange 98600JG
Pale gold. 98600JI
Red. 98600FB

In looking at 1990 painted parts pin striping is mostly, red and bright orange, or red and pale gold. Thats the best i have, hope it helps

Paint on 20+ year-old bikes won't be true to the original colour, after all this time. Finding a match is best done by a paint expert IMHO, to match what the colour is today.

Default Touch Up Paint

Just picked up a large stone chip on my 1994 FXSTC tank - down to the metal.

The paint and bike are in immaculate condition so I was gutted. Got in touch with my local HD dealership and the paint - Aqua Pearl - wasn't available, obsolete!

I ordered some touch up paint from RS Paints, I'm sure they have the colour code because their 3 coat system was a perfect match.

I can still see the repair, but I have to point it out to anyone else before they can pick it up!
