Good to see you back on the road for xmas Kees, is that Maraetai ? We used to ride out there in the 70s on the weekends to get out of the city, used to be a cool ride down that coast too.

Yep that's Maraetai, I live around the corner in Beachlands....it's a beautiful spot with cool roads like you said. Have a great Christmas.

Bad, VERY bad......

I asked Eve to make it a sticky because I plan on doing the cam sooner or later.......
And, It's GREAT info for ANYONE doing a cam/lifters ect........

Now you just have to get her to edit out all the junk posts and just keep the ones with good information in them then have her lock the thread.

This is a great thread/sticky. Not much of it made any sense to me BUT I now know that changing a Cam is not an easy or quick job like I was led to believe by one person a little while ago, not from this forum by the way!

It also has me wondering about what Scott at Hillside might find when he pulls my cam out for replacement - hope I don't have the same surprises Kees had.
