No but you can fly me over to work on your bike any time you like I get flown to Australia occasionally to look after a bike for a mate on the Gold Coast.

Well....as you have seen, a simple cam and lifters job has turned into something a little more involved, but as spanners said a more costly job would have been inevitable. While I have the heads at home, before I send off to be sorted, I thought I would give them a repaint as the paint was flaking off in places, the wife has left to do some errands so while she is out I'm going to bake them in the oven...don't tell !!!!
Oh and the rockers shafts etc...are in good nick....
So in a weeks time it should be back together a ride with a bit more oomph.

Cheers guys for the good wishes and Cheers Spanners !!!!

Yep me thinks so. ...it was running smooth and quiet only a faint ticking from the front pot. Anyway it will be good to go for a while longer before I have to do the bottom end.

Funny how we found it already had an EV27 in it but it had been in there a while along with the lifters.
