Guess who's back.....
Yes….TD’s Tranny is back! Or at least the parts I am allowed to show you
My ban was a bit confusing as it wasn’t clear which time zone my ban expired in and also 05/06/2014 means 6th June in NZ so I was a bit relieved to find it expired today.
It is possible that in the future I may get another one because NZ is a very permissive culture (we were the first country in the world to give Ho’s the vote) so it’s easy to fall foul of the rules.
If you ever experienced a NZ motorcycle forum you would understand why people like Kees and myself fly a bit close to the edge a ttimes….it’s just what we are used to.
In NZ it’s not that we do not respect authority it’s just that being such a small country we still have “people power” and those in authority only get respect if “The People” decide they are worthy of it….ripping the **** out of authority figures is a bone-fide pastime here…it won’t get you arrested…..much…. I once told an irate Cop to pull his head in and save his breath when he was giving me a roadside lecture on speeding…..he apologised, stopped ranting at me and handed me my paperwork….try that at home and see where it gets you…that applies to the Poms on here too.
Oddly enough, this is one reason you don’t find many Americans (except Liberals) settling in NZ….it’s not structured in a way that they feel comfortable with, there is no class system, nobody gives a damn how much money you have or how important you might think you are….it’s how many fish you catch and what beer you drink that defines a Kiwi…..if you drink off-brand liquor, drive a Toyota and don’t go fishing at least twice a year you’re nobody
So, apologies for any past and future transgressions….do not mistake these for attitude, it’s just me being me and rolling how we roll down here in Noo Zeeland
Now…..who knows how to time an Evo properly???...not many it seems
