I have a ton of FXR parts. I had a 1990 FXR that I obviously did a lot of work to. There is too much to list. I have included a bunch of pictures so if there is something you're interested in you can reply below or PM me.


Some of these parts will fit on Sportsters, Older FXR's, Newer FXR's and the newer FXR2's, 3's and 4's. I can't guarantee fitment but will do my best to help someone to check out fitment on what they have and are interested in. I'd like to think I have a good knowledge of the FXR since I owned mine for 15 years, put a bunch of miles on it and did almost all the work myself.

I've added some updated pictures of the switches because there have been people asking about them. These pictures show the current condition of the switches. I obviously did some scavenging from the time the pictures were last taken till now. Sorry, I didn't realize there would be such an interest in the switches.

I have a buddy with a '78 fxr that would be interested in a windshield, the small back rest and the leather tool bag. Do you know if any of these would fit a '78?

 

With the Windshield, I'm thinking a '78 may has smaller forks (35mm, I think??) than a '90 (39mm, I know) so if that IS the case the clamps I have would not fit. If he's upgraded (common thing) to 39mm then I think they would fit. Otherwise there would have to be some modifying of my clamps or something inserted between the clamp and fork tubes to take up the 4mm difference.


Would your buddy be looking for the Side Plates as well? I don't have a clue on bolt pattern or layout on a '78. Best I could do is take some pictures with a tape measure next to the Side Plates and Small Backrest so you guys can see if things will work.


As far as the Leather Tool Bag, it is universal so I don't see that being a problem fitting.

 

How much for rear pulley, cover, rear shocks Fork Brace & tach? That would be ship to 28216. What Engine mounts are shown there> Thanks.

As far as the Engine Mounts, I believe the only ones in the picture are the 2 Front Motor Mounts (For 80 - 08 FXR and FLT's), one is a stock Motor Mount and the other is a Velva-Ride Front Motor Mount (Drag PN# DS-243610)
