Screamin' Eagle II slip-ons...
These were on the '98 FXD I bought. I wanted a slightly smaller diameter slip-on so that I didn't have to remove one to get the rear axle out when replacing a tire or whatever, so I got myself some smaller diameter slip-ons.
I decided to see if these would clean up any, and I'm surprised at how good they look with just using an evedry day sponge with the green scrubby stuff on one side of it that people use for washing dishes in the sink. No steel wool was necessary. There are very few and very small knicks that I found, but one has to kinda search for them to see them, and the bolts holding the baffles in need to be changed to stainless steel, or at least just some new ones, just for the heck of it.
The ends that slip over the exhaust pipe are only a little rough, nothing bad and will be hidden by the heat shields anyway and the clamps.
I'm going to let them go for $70 + S&H from 38344 (it'll be easier for you to figure out the price this way you want to spend to get them shipped to you). Paypal is best, just PM me.
Here's some pictures of before and after...

Bummer...won't let me 'edit' the post...
Anyway, the part number for them is 80258-99AF and 80258-99AR. These can't even be found anymore in as good shape as mine are in, if you find any at all. They're for the FXD, no idea what years though, but '98 is one year, heh. I'd bet though that they'd fit up to an '09 FXD. The two together in their boxes weigh 12 pounds.

Bump and drop to final price of $50 plus you pay S&H. Can't get this price for these rare slip-ons, I don't care who you are. I'll give it a week on here and then I'll try Craigs list, then I'll put them back in a corner of the shop and wait another year and try it all over again, heh.
