Clacking rear suspension

It appears there is a spring loaded ball or rod that is supposed to lock them in place place, both in the up and down position. The ball or rod looks like it is worn out and that is why it is not holding them tight when the notch lines up with it. Might just need some new ones.

Glad it's going to be a simple fix for this noise because my winter upgrade plan is going to be somewhat costly.
