I love it! Only 4200 miles. I'd rather have it than a new bike off the floor. Easily worth 12K around here. He might get $15K from the right person.

the dealership can get max money on those because they arrange loans on the bikes. nice bike but not many people have 15 large to drop.

Those always go for crazy money...probably won't sell it on CL for that...but with 4200 miles...if he put it on ebay and offered to ship world-wide...he might get his price.

I've seen this bike on CL for at least 3 years now. I want to say he was asking 18k for it. Personally I'd like to have it. I've seen a couple of bad boys on CL here in the last year or so for 6-8k.

A friend of mine had a similar bike with blue stripes, 97 as well if I remember right, he got 14,500 for his without trying to hard...

When one comes into local dealer, sits maybe 2 weeks, someone always pays up and takes it home. Riding buddy had an 05 I think black fork, OD Green paint, sounds odd but good looking scooter.
